Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Saudi Arabia and to select international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Saudi Arabia (domestic): 2–5 business days
- GCC countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
